Well… I wish it were, but it’s not. Wouldn’t it be nice? I’d love to lie around all day and run around like a maniac all night, (unless, of course, I was curled around the neck or sprawled atop the feet of my favorite human)!
I talk a lot about my parrots here in Thorne’s World, but I don’t think I’ve spent much time on the other critters here on the ranch, and they are every bit as deserving of our love and careful care. All pets have special needs and cats and kittens are no exception.

Here in Thornesworld we installed a new kitty accessory today, a cat door. We have one in the front door, but the installation of a security screen door turned it into a mere kitty peep hole!
*Please don’t notice the grubby back door. Hahaha! I ran in to take a pic, I thought about washing the door (it really needs it- Imma do that soon as I’m done talking with you here) and then Pollux peeked in and I just had to snap that, dirty door or no.

Ohhhh, what a cute kitty!!! I never thought of myself as much of a cat person until I fell in love with my cat, Jovi, at a pet adoption day at a pet store. I just adore him!!! Since then, we’ve adopted a second cat named Lulu. She’s a little fiestier than Jovi, but so much fun! Even the dog loves her! I’m going to check out the site you mentioned!!!
I like dogs, but if I have to vote – I give my votes to the cats! Looks like a happy kitty with a character! She knows what is going on at any moment – I can see it in the beautiful cat eyes – control!
I like cats well enough. And cats like me. Many times, I’ll go visit a friend. their cat will come around me and hang out. My friends always say, “The cat never goes to people but it sure likes you” or words to that effect.
My daughter wants me to have this dog she has. he has one leg missing from a run-in with an irate chicken farmer with a .22 Caliber rifle. His name is Zeke. Zeke is here for a few days, sleeping over. I like him, he likes me. He is a chinook/husky from Alaska, too big to run in a dog team. My daughter saved him from the gun, that’s why he’s still around. I think he has a new home.
