The shadows look like a brocade. Is it a small horny toad? I used to love picking those up and petting them as a child. When you pet their backs, they flatten…pet the sides, they fluff back up. It’s probably terrifying, because they will typically pee on you by the third ‘fluff’ cycle. I like lizards.

I’m not that great of a photographer, either! I’d probably get better if I’d remember to bring a camera with me! hahaha!!! That is a great picture. I think I might have been screaming instead of thinking of taking a pic. Here in Chicago we don’t have too many creepy crawly things like that! Thank goodness!! Love your shoes! I’m a Mary Jane fan myself ;)
