Happy Friday!  It’s the weekend and that’s always good out here at Pair-O-Dykes Ranch!  Despite my slower-than-death Dial-up, I managed to visit at least a couple of bloggy buddies and get a minimum of posts up both here and over at my Witchy Home, which is good!  My friend, B., gave me a Verizon wireless aircard and an antenna that he doesn’t need anymore since he got FIOS (And I’m not even going to whine about that!), so as soon as I can make my way to a Verizon store I should be able to get moving again; that’s good!

Now here’s the super good.  It’s always good if it makes my birdies happy!  Did I show you this:??

That, my friends, is about to become an aviary for my flock!!  I think it’s almost tall enough for me to stand in, it’s about 8′ x 13′.  We played with it yesterday to make sure all the parts are here:

Today we are finishing the assembly, and then I get to put a top on it and furnish it for my flock!  I’m so tickled about this.  I get my parrots outdoors as often as possible, but that still meant a lot of cage time for them and this will give them some room to stretch their wings!  This is good!  I’ll be sure to post some images when It’s all done!
